The members of Amacebo Consulting have each a minimum of ten years project controls experience in heavy construction, of which several were EPCM multi-discipline construction projects to the value of $1+ billion or more.

In most of the above-mentioned projects we acted as the clients representatives and as leaders for developing and implementing planning processes.

Some of our job functions include:

· Coaching of Project Managers in project scheduling techniques

· Auditing of Schedules (Project Strategies & Philosophies, Assumptions, Activity durations)

· Setup Project Work Breakdown Structures

· Setup Organizational Breakdown Structures

· Develop target schedules and analysis of Contractors schedules

· Project cost and schedule integration

· Management of project documentation and submittals

· Resources and change management

· Progress reporting, include current status, variance from previous, trends and projections, identification of problems affecting progress and commitments to resolve problems

· Develop and maintaining of Earned Value Performance Measurement Systems

· Contractors claim analysis.

With our experience, using a wide range of computerized project control software, we are able to assist in analyzing and bench-marking the major leading project management software tools in use today.
